Nopiming Lodge

I came here with a friend and rented cabin 3, it was cozy and cute and affordable. This place is owned by a family and they are lovely - friendly, accomodating, and helpful. Canoe rentals are free for guests and we only had to request a canoe with the front desk and they set us up with a canoe and life jackets etc. right away. The beach is small but very nice. The jacuzzi in cabin 3 was huge - at first we thought there wasn't enough hot water to fill it but then we found that when we turned on the jets they heated the water which was really nice. The small kitchenette was adequately stocked and we were pleasantly surprised to find sharp knives for cooking and a full-sized fridge in the kitchen. My friend and I stop in at the Nopiming Lodge store every summer on our way to Tulabi Falls but Tulabi was closed this year due to wild fires so we booked with the lodge. We plan to return and book with them again.

We had cabin 2 with a great view. The resort is sort of old school cool; clean, simple, and functional, which is reflected in the modest rental pricing for the cabins. Such an awesome area too with good fishing and blueberries galore.

We stayed in Cabin 6 and absolutely loved it! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and cozy with an amazing view. The hot tub overlooking the scenery was perfect, and we really appreciated being able to bring our dogs along. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the fishing was great! We’re already looking forward to booking again!

My girlfriend, puppy, and I absolutely loved staying in cabin 7. The wood for the fireplace was perfectly dry and well-stocked. The beds were comfy and the washrooms were excellent. The hot tub in the screen room was amazing and despite the minus-20 temperature, we spent a lot of time in that tub. Everyone there was super friendly and it was a crazy relaxing experience. Already have my guy's fishing trip booked there this summer and can't wait to get back!!!!

A gorgeous setting on Bird Lake with pristine waters & sandy beaches. Perfect for a fishing adventure or quiet getaway. The cabin was very tidy & well appointed. The staff, a nice family, were friendly & knowledgeable. With a private beach & a big hot tub. We had a great time rain or shine. Can’t wait to go back during snow mobile season!

We had a great experience. The cabin was clean and had necessary stock. We made use of the beach, canoe, and kayaks. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Nopiming Lodge is one of the only places a couple of hours outside of Winnipeg that you can get an experience like this. I Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway. The cabins are always clean. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nopiming lodge is a great destination for your vacation.

We stayed in Cabin 6 for two nights at Christmas. Cabin 6 is spacious and very cozy with a wood fireplace, heating, three bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. There’s a hot tub in an enclosed area adjoining the cabin but I didn’t use it because the windchill was in the minus 40s when we were there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and parking was right outside with a plug in for winter. Lovely large TV with cozy couch and rocker. Full kitchen. The cabin was right on the lake. There’s no wifi but there’s cellular and it has strong signals. The owner, Jessie, is great. Always accommodating. We will stay here again.
